La possibilità di beneficiare dell’esenzione dell’IMU sui terreni agricoli non è preclusa ai pensionasti, che tuttavia possono continuare a permanere nel regime di agevolazioni previste nel rispetto dei requisiti stabiliti dalla normativa di riferimento, ovvero:

  • il possesso del fondo;
  • la persistenza dell’utilizzazione agro-silvo-pastorale, mediante l’esercizio di attività dirette alla coltivazione del fondo stesso;
  • la qualifica soggettiva di coltivatore diretto (CD) o di imprenditore agricolo professionale (IAP) di cui all’art. 1 del D. Lgs. n. 99 del 2004;
  • l’iscrizione nella previdenza agricola.
